Data we collect
Contact form: first names, email, phone, wedding date and venue, guest count, indicative budget, planner name and message — the fields you fill in yourself.
Anonymous audience measurement: only after your explicit consent through the cookie banner.
Server logs: IP address and request information, kept for site security.
Purposes and legal bases
Answering your enquiry and preparing a proposal: performance of a contractual or pre-contractual relationship.
Sending the guide you requested: your consent, revocable at any time.
Audience measurement: your consent, revocable at any time.
Security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest.
Retention
Enquiries without follow-up: deleted at the latest 24 months after the last exchange.
Client files: kept for the statutory retention period applying to commercial and accounting records.
You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Recipients and processors
Site and database hosting: cloud infrastructure provider.
Transactional emails: email delivery provider.
Film delivery: Vimeo, whose player loads only after your click, in do-not-track mode.
No data is sold or used for advertising.
Transfers outside Switzerland and the EU
Some providers may process data outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area, under appropriate contractual safeguards.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent.

Wedding confidentiality
No film, image or name is published without written consent. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed on request.
